I offer Worldwide Free Shipping.
Estimated delivery times depend on which country the product is shipping to.
Germany, EU and International shipping with DHL Worldwide Shipping or similar postal service.
Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order is placed. Products are usually shipped within 5 business days and shipping times average 5-7 business days within the EU and vary thereafter according to destination country and carrier.
Estimated delivery of prints and printed canvas from time of payment received is 5-21 business days. Prints are shipped in a protective cardboard tube.
In the case of my Original Art I offer free tracked courier shipping worldwide. I ship from my studio within 5-10 business days. Estimated delivery is within 5-14 days from time of fulfillment.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I will contact you via email or telephone.
A Soft Day is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
A Soft Day is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
