RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged items must be submitted within 14 days after the painting or print has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to my error.
- Any item that is not returned more than 30 days after delivery.
I do not refund orders for buyer's remorse, exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Notification for EU consumers
According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Orfhlaith Egan Art reserves the rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace items if they are misprinted or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send me an email at email@example.com and send your item to Orfhlaith Egan Art, Orfhlaith Egan, Krischanweg 42B, 12359 Berlin, DE/Germany.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50€, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don't guarantee that I will receive your returned item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
